Welcome to The Arbours Primary Academy

Welcome to our school website!  We encourage you to come and see The Arbours for yourself so you can see you what makes our Academy such a special place to be part of.

Welcome to The Arbours Primary Academy

On behalf of the children, parents, staff and Trust I would like to thank you for taking the opportunity to learn more about our Academy.

We are a large vibrant  school which delivers a world class education for all our pupils. Our high quality teaching ensures that our children are achieving academic excellence.  Our pupils experience an exciting curriculum and are provided with many opportunities to learn in different ways. We provide a range of enrichment opportunities for all children in order to broaden their experiences and to build their aspirations.

Our children benefit from curriculum enrichment through visits, visitors and ‘WOW’ events such as whole school poetry days, art days and film making projects.   All our staff work collaboratively to ensure that children are taught well and are able to demonstrate our values of aspiration, ambition, courage and respect.

Our aim is that all the children who come to The Arbours Primary Academy are happy and successful. We recognise that each child is unique and that developing their talents and abilities as well as their self esteem is the best way to prepare children for success in the future.

We received a  'Good' OFSTED  grade following an Inspection in September 2017

'The school is a vibrant and enjoyable place to be. Pupils are well behaved and are caring towards each other. They are proud of their school and work their hardest. They have a clear understanding of how to stay safe.'
